By clicking proceed, you agree that PacificLight Energy Pte Ltd (i) to debit / charge your card for payment for all invoices billed to the PacificLight Account until you notify for termination, (ii) to disclose your personal data to the bank(s) for the purpose of debit / charge your card to facilitate the payment of your electricity bills to PacificLight, and (iii) may retain your personal data for such period as is necessary until there is no legal or business purposes for retention.
