The Referral Programme is only available to existing Customers of PacificLight (the “Referrer”) that have:
An on-going plan for the supply of electricity to his residential premises;
referred a new customer to PacificLight (the “New Customer”);
provided the Referrer’s unique referral code for the New Customer’s use upon sign-up for supply of electricity by PacificLight to the New Customer; and provided always that:
the New Customer has performed an online sign-up;
the New Customer has entered the Referrer’s unique referral code (“Referral Code”) during his sign-up for supply of electricity by PacificLight;
the New Customer has signed up for a 60-month, 36-month or 24-month plan (an “Eligible Plan”) for the supply of electricity to his residential premises; and
the New Customer is successful in his sign-up for supply of electricity with PacificLight and his account has been successfully transferred to PacificLight.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Referral Programme, a Referrer will receive a referral rebate of $30.00 (inclusive of GST) (“Referral Reward”) if a New Customer has successfully signed up for an Eligible Plan with PacificLight.
For the avoidance of any doubt, the Referral Code shall consist of 10 unique alphanumeric characters:
which can be found in the PacificLight Welcome Letter, Welcome SMS and/or Electronic Direct Mailer (EDM) sent to the Referrer, upon the Referrer’s sign-up; or
PacificLight's monthly bill; or
the Referrer may chat with us on WhatsApp to retrieve the Referral Code.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Referral Programme, a New Customer who has successfully signed up with PacificLight using a valid Referral Code will receive $20.00 (inclusive of GST) rebate (“Referral Rebate”) in his electricity bill with PacificLight, provided that:
The New Customer had signed up for an Eligible Plan for the supply of electricity to his residential premises; and
Only one Referral Code is allowed for each new account signed up.
No Referral Rebate will be given for signing up a home plan that is less than 24 months duration.
The Referral Reward and Referral Rebate shall be credited to the Referrer’s and New Customer’s electricity bill respectively within 90 days upon successful sign-up of the New Customer, subject to the following conditions:
The New Customer’s account is successfully transferred to PacificLight; and
The Referrer’s and/or New Customer’s account, as the case may be, has not been terminated, is active with PacificLight and with no outstanding payments at the time of the disbursement of the Referral Reward.
The Referral Reward and/or Referral Rebate will be used to offset PacificLight electricity charges. In the event of early termination supply with PacificLight, any unused or excess Referral Reward and/or Referral Rebate will be forfeited after the final bill is generated.
PacificLight may at its discretion, forfeit or reclaim the Referral Reward and/or Referral Rebate applied in the event that the Referrer or the New Customer:
does not qualify for the same; or
in the event of any breach of these terms and conditions.
PacificLight reserves the right, in our absolute discretion, to withdraw or modify this Referral Programme and/or its terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice and without liability. A Referrer’s or New Customer’s continued participation in the Referral Programme shall be deemed to constitute his acceptance to any changes to these terms and conditions of the Referral Programme.
PacificLight retains the right to review and investigate all referrals. If a Referral Code, Referral Reward and/or Referral Rebate is found to be used erroneously, or fraudulently, illegally, or in violation of this Referral Programme terms and conditions, PacificLight reserves the right, in our absolute discretion, to:
revoke, remove, forfeit or reclaim any Referral Reward and/or Referral Rebate; and/or
disqualify, and/or reject a Referrer or New Customer’s entitlement to any Referral Reward or Referral Rebate.
Referral Rewards and Referral Rebate are:
not exchangeable for cash; and
strictly not transferable and non-assignable.
Referral Rewards and Referral Rebates shall not be used with any other rewards, rebates, , discounts or vouchers, unless stated otherwise in writing by PacificLight.
PacificLight’s decision as to any matter relating to this Referral Programme, including but not limited to any eligibility for this Referral Programme shall be final and binding.
PacificLight shall not be liable for:
any safe custody, return, non-delivery, late-delivery or loss of Referral Codes, technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, service providers or computer equipment, software failure in relation to any sign-up to be received, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, or for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone, related to or resulting from participation in this Referral Programme; and
all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of the use of any Referral Code including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, consequential, or reasonably foreseeable due to a negligent act or omission.
This Referral Programme shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and by participating in this Referral Programme, a Referrer and New Customer shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Section A: SG60 Referral Programme Qualifying Criteria
The qualifying period of this SG60 Referral Programme is from 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025, both dates inclusive (the “Qualifying Period”).
By participating in this SG60 Referral Programme, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign (the “Terms and Conditions”).
The SG60 Referral Programme is only available to existing Customers of PacificLight (the “Referrer”) that have:
referred at least 6 new customers to PacificLight (the “New Customer”) during qualifying period;
provided the correct unique referral code for the New Customer to use upon sign-up for supply of electricity by PacificLight;
the New Customer has entered the Referrer’s unique referral code (“Referral Code”) during online sign-up for a 60-month, 36-month or 24-month plan (an “Eligible Plan”) for the supply of electricity to his residential premises; and the New Customer's account has been successfully transferred to PacificLight by 30 November 2025.
a valid KrisFlyer membership account which recorded name matched with the Referrer and agree to provide the KrisFlyer membership number for the purpose of the SG60 Referral Programme
For the avoidance of any doubt, the Referral Code shall consist of 10 unique alphanumeric characters:

PacificLight's monthly bill; or
the Referrer may chat with us on WhatsApp to retrieve the Referral Code.
For the purpose of determining an Eligible Participant’s eligibility for the SG60 Referral Programme, the date and time of their enrolment form submission shall be determined based on PacificLight’s system records. PacificLight will not accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed, whether or not arising during operation or transmission, as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs or other causes outside its control.
Section B: Details of SG60 Referral Programme
Ten (10) Customers will be chosen from the pool of Referrers, subject to the qualifying criteria.
The SG60 Referral Winner Reward that is available to qualifying Referrers to win, subject to the Terms and Conditions is 10,000 KrisFlyer miles.
Each eligible PacificLight account tied to a Referral Code will be entitled to a maximum of one (1) draw chance.
Customers who fulfil all qualifying criteria of the SG60 Referral Programme will be automatically enrolled into the SG60 Referral Programme. If you wish to withdraw from participating in the SG60 Referral Programme, you must notify PacificLight by emailing [email protected].
Winners will be picked according to the number of New Customers referred. If there is a tie in the number of New Customers winners referred, winners will be randomly selected from among the tied participants via a computerised draw system at 1400 hours on 2 October 2025, time and location subject to changes as PacificLight may determine at its own discretion without prior notice. Members of public are welcome to witness the draw at 8 Jurong Town Hall Rd, #12-01/06 The JTC Summit, Singapore 609434 (or such other date, time or location as PacificLight may determine at its own discretion). All members of public are welcome to witness the draw.
Any announcement of the winners of the SG60 Referral Programme will include the winner’ full names, the last two (2) characters of their PacificLight Account Number (example: Loh Win Le, XXXXXXXX87).
Winners will be notified via their e-mail address and/or mobile number stated in the respective winner’ electricity contract. If the winner(s) are uncontactable or found to have terminated electricity account with PacificLight before the prize is credited, replacement winner(s) may be drawn at PacificLight’s sole discretion.
Winners will receive the prize within 30 days after 30 November 2025. Winners must produce proof of identity acceptable to PacificLight for verification when required. If the particulars of an individual who purports to be a winner differs from the records of PacificLight, PacificLight shall be entitled to treat the particulars of its records as the correct particulars and reject such claim for prizes.
PacificLight will not be liable or responsible if a winner is unable to receive his or her prize for any reason or if PacificLight is unable to credit the KrisFlyer miles to the winner’s KrisFlyer membership account.
The prizes are not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other products or services unless otherwise stated in writing by PacificLight.
The prizes are strictly not transferable and non-assignable.
PacificLight may at its discretion, forfeit or reclaim the SG60 Referral Reward applied in the event that the Referrer either does not qualify for the same or in the event of any breach of these terms and conditions.
PacificLight reserves the right, in our absolute discretion, to withdraw or modify this SG60 Referral Programme and/or its terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice and without liability. A Referrer’s or New Customer’s continued participation in the SG60 Referral Programme shall be deemed to constitute his acceptance to any changes to these terms and conditions of the SG60 Referral Programme.
Section C: Use of Personal Data
The processing of the participants' personal data shall be for the purposes of facilitating the Promotion and Draw, and will be processed by PacificLight in accordance with PacificLight’s Privacy Policy and SIA in accordance with SIA’s Privacy Policy available here.
By registering an entry to the SG60 Referral Programme, you accept PacificLight’s Privacy Policy and agree to PacificLight’s collection, retention, usage, and disclosure of your personal information such as to PacificLight’s employees and necessary third parties for the purpose of:
verifying that you are our customer(s);
informing and corresponding with you regarding the announcement of the SG60 Referral Programme winner and details on the prize collection;
disclosing of your full name and KrisFlyer membership account number to Singapore Airlines Limited (“SIA”) for SIA them to process in accordance with its Privacy Policy available here, in order to facilitate the disbursement of the prize to you;
using you and/or the other individual’s photograph(s) for the publicity related to this SG60 Referral Programme.
If you do not accept Clause 2 under Section C, your participation in the SG60 Referral Programme will be withdrawn.

Section D: General
PacificLight reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate the , whether in whole or in part and/or any of the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Your continued participation in the SG60 Referral Programme shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance to any changes to the Terms and Conditions of the SG60 Referral Programme Draw.
PacificLight has the right to disqualify, terminate, blacklist and/or reject your entitlement for participation of this SG60 Referral Programme if PacificLight is of the opinion that there has been any breach of the Terms and Conditions, regardless of the time of discovery of the breach.
PacificLight’s decision as to any matter relating to these SG60 Referral Programme, including but not limited to any eligibility for the SG60 Referral Programme, shall be final and binding.
PacificLight shall not be liable for any taxes (including but not limited to income tax), costs, expenses or duties that may arise in connection with the SG60 Referral Programme. PacificLight excludes all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the .
Neither PacificLight, SIA nor any of their respective directors, employees, agents or suppliers shall accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant or any other persons entering the SG60 Referral Programme or as a result of accepting any prize.
By entering the SG60 Referral Programme, participants agree that they shall not assert any claim against PacificLight, SIA, their respective directors, officers, employees or agents or suppliers relating to any and all losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses), damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of any Prize.
In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between the Terms and Conditions and the contents of any brochure, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the SG60 Referral Programme, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by the Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of the Terms and Conditions.
Failure to enforce any provision (or part thereof) under the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of any term hereof.
If any portion of the Terms and Conditions is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall not be affected or impaired and shall be given effect, to the maximum extent permitted by law, as though the void and unenforceable portions had been wholly deleted.
The SG60 Referral Programme shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the Terms and Conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
