Executive, Corporate Communications
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily media monitoring for coverage related to PacificLight, both within Singapore as well as wider developments in the industry and region
- Manage and curate content, including development of images/ infographics for social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Prepare corporate communications material including press releases, speeches, newsletters, scripts, award applications, commentaries and articles.
- Support in the planning, coordination and execution of company events.
- Update and maintain corporate information on digital platforms, including presentations, boiler plates and corporate profile write-ups.
- Assist in the development and support of PacificLight’s corporate outreach programs, including competitions, virtual engagements.
- Liaise with external parties that PacificLight engages with on community outreach programs, including government agencies, education establishments and corporate partners
- Assist in handling internal and external stakeholder queries
- Assist with regulatory reporting
Requirements:
- Communications/PR related Degree or at least 2 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications.
- Candidate must possess excellent written communication skills, with proven ability to write with clarity for a range of different audiences and mediums
- Excellent organisational ability (meticulous, with eye for detail)
- Knowledge of the National Electricity Market of Singapore (NEMS) is strongly preferred but not essential
- Resourceful, creative and a fast learner.
- Possess good project and time management, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- An excellent team player who is also able to work independently.
